A smooth medium roast blend chosen for the notes that come alive at low temperature — chocolate, toffee, and a soft floral lift. Coarse-grind and steep for twelve to twenty-four hours; the result is clean, sweet, low in bitterness, and outstanding on nitro.
Also brews as a solid iced or hot drip if you don't feel like waiting.
