Earl Grey is a timeless blend and an easy one to ruin — too much bergamot and you're drinking perfume. We use Ceylon OP black tea with a measured touch of bergamot essential oil and blue cornflowers. Orange and floral up front, malt underneath, a clean astringent finish.

Bracing in the afternoon. Excellent with a splash of milk, which is heresy to some people and correct anyway.
