A dark-roast blend of specialty-grade coffee from Central America. Big, bittersweet, with the smoky character of a proper French roast — without the acrid scorched note that gives most commodity French roasts a bad name. Excellent espresso base and a strong drip cup.

Note: despite the "single origin" tag inherited from our supplier's catalog, this is a Central American blend, not a true single origin.
